"Extremely disappointing experience with this insurance agency. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility in handling my girlfriend’s insurance policy. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no proper response or assistance. Their disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. We are now seeking legal advice regarding their mishandling of the policy. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency — their communication and accountability are far below industry standards."

"I've used this office for over a decade. Been on autopay for renters and car insurance. Last October this awful office cancelled just our car insurance policy without notice. Kept autopay for renters. Then became impossible to get a response by email or phone. Now I'll have to go through the BBB and a lawyer to resolve all the issues this office has caused. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this office at all costs! Because costing you is what they'll do!"

"The staff here used to be amazing but not anymore. When I left State Farm, a representative flagged my insurance as not having any insurance with the mva. The MVA stated that because this was done. I had to wait for my new insurance to remove it. Due to the date that it was placed on my account with State Farm was and is a huge problem and this is still an ongoing issue for over 3 months. If you leave State Farm tell your new insurance company to confirm coverage to the MVA. State Farm was unable to find that they even flagged my account according to the representative. So I wouldn't go back to this office for this reason."
