"If could give zero stars i would. My husband called to start insurance back in February & Zack was our agent. He signed up for car insurance as well as our renters insurance. We paid the renters insurance for the whole year on the initial phone call. It is now May & every single month since February we get s bill from State farm requesting $27 for rental insurance as if we never paid. One month my apartment even emailed us & threatened to fine us bc the rental insurance was going into a cancellation status in their system due to state farms error. My husband’s car insurance even fluctuates in price monthly after he was given a quote of one set price. I have called 4-5 times requesting to speak to Zack to get the matter resolved & each time i get “he’s in a meeting” or “he’s on a call” with a promise that he’ll call back. He literally never calls back & the women that answer the phone act as if they will resolve the issue & they do NOT. Im so fed up with this office & their lack of professionalism & poor customer service."
